It is said that we all have dreams, even though upon awakening, we may not remember them. It is thought that images, thoughts, sounds and voices, and sensations are experienced when we sleep, which is what creates dreams. Stresses from the day or our fears may make our dreams turn into nightmares. Although no one really knows what dreams are, Sigmund Freud believed that dreams are a window into our unconscious.

Last week I had a new client contact me for a reading, and as we were going through available dates and times, she asked me if I had had a near death experience (NDE).

As soon as I said "yes", she exhaled and said "Ahh, that makes sense." then proceeded to tell me that she too has had one.

Beliefs are powerful! They can instigate fear, anxiety, rejection, distress, etc. They are ingrained into us from the moment we are born...perhaps even before that. They mold us into who we are because someone in our life (past or present) unknowingly "gifted" us their belief and we believed it to be true, even without proof that it existed! Think about that last sentence for a moment...

To most people, seeing a vague, shadowy figure appear out of nowhere, would be straight out of a horror movie and it would probably send shivers down people's spines. This is my life to see things like this and it's perfectly exciting and "normal”, in fact, I enjoy being haunted, as it were.

the general consensus of people that have gifts, are usually quite scared of their abilities and tend to shut them down. I, on the other hand, am quite the opposite. I'm always asking my guides to "blast my abilities wide open to the widest and wildest degree possible". Now you might be thinking "be careful what you ask for", but I'm curious to see how "wide" my gifts can go. It seems that my guides have finally listened and are opening the door a bit further (I'd prefer them to get the dynamite out and start blasting, but I can compromise).
